NO TN

    Hello everyone, I would like to get some help if you can, with some advices… the problem is that the vendor has sent no tracking number and that’s… strange…. and so, I do not have any other way to say whether my order has even got mailed or not and the worst thing is that I have not got any reply for over 3 days right now… it is obvious that I think that most likely, I am thinking I have got scammed… what are the chances? Do you think I still might get the package? I am bummed right now… and really concerned.

    Well, the first thing that came into my mind is I hope it is not a popular vendor anywhere, especially here on the site, so other people won’t get scammed… but in case it is then you could write a review about them and you may mess up their merchant account which would mean that nobody else is going to be able to use them in the future. I also think that you’ve got to tell them that you are contemplating a CB and to see what they are saying about it?
    In addition to that, I think that you, most likely, will need to explain to the bank what kind of items you have ordered and not received. I wish you good luck with that and I hope that you won’t get scammed in the end.

    Thanks for answering. No, it is not a popular vendor over here and I don’t think that is popular anywhere else. And as I have already mentioned, he has not been heard from in days now and I doubt that I can do anything of what you said is there is no ‘they’ nor a merchant account or something. The only thing that I MIGHT do is CB as a last resort I think. I am having no issue with bank and nor method of payment. Thanks very much.

    That was actually a good advice and I hope that you’re going to benefit from it. I also must mention here that there are sometimes when it takes a few days for the vendor to get the TN themselves so this might be one of the reasons why you haven’t got your TN right now. truth is that they are not actually very good (always) at giving responses at your emails if they do not want to, however this doesn’t mean that your package has not been sent. Have you ever used that vendor in the past? if that’s your first time experience with that vendor then who knows… however if that’s not the first time you are ordering something from that vendor then chances are that everything’s going to be alright. There’s a vendor that I am using very often who is taking a few days and does not always answer all my emails, however still the deal remains very good and in case everything is going alright then even the delivery is fast and generally everything’s good. and that’s although he doesn’t send the TN right away and doesn’t even respond to my emails. What I try to say is that you still have good chances that you’re going to get your package. NO TN doesn’t mean that your order isn’t already coming to you now. 3 days is how long it takes sometimes and I honestly think that there is no reason to start panicking, or at least not yet.     Well thank you for answering, I appreciate it very much. Hopefully you are right. The thing is that the vendor’s usually very quick with TNs… but yeah… I do think that you are right in the fact that things come up and most likely there is no reason to start panicking, or at least so far. So thanks both of you for trying to help and giving advices.

    Thank you guys very and very much once again, thanks to everyone, I appreciate it all. as it was asked to come and update, there is still no TN yet, unfortunately, however I have finally received an email and heard from vendor now… I’ve got the email a couple of hours ago and he said that he is currently out of the country for quite some time now and most likely he must have forgot to send it before he has left and then I was sitting here all in panic, LOL.
    There’s no reship policy, however I would add extras on my next order, that’s for sure, LOL 😀

    Umm, well, in case he has never sent the package in the first place then it should be a ship, and not a reship as you have said… that’s unless you mean that he has forgot to send the tracking number only… I haven’t actually understood it?! he forgot to send the package altogether or only the tracking number of that package?
    Anyhow, as long as you are taken care of and you are being happy about it then that is what actually counts and hopefully you would get the item, regardless if you get or not the TN at all. anyhow, it is also good to know, at least, if a package is not going to make it to you at all due to the fact that in this way you can make a plan B and know what to do next. But if you’re waiting for package and you don’t know it won’t ever come to you then you have ruined plans. Anyway, I guess we all know that you always want a back up in case there is something that is going to happen. There are some times when things are not actually going really smoothly and as planned, like lately, as much as we all can see… and such things can always happen, that’s a risk we all should know about when resorting to IOPs.

    Oh well… OP, you know… it very and very much depends on the vendor… I personally have never get one from mine, (I am talking about TN) however the packages are always showing up to me without any problems at all. I mean, not getting the tracking number definitely doesn’t mean that you won’t get the package, pretty much as getting the tracking number doesn’t mean that you will get the package…
    I just think that you’ve got to be patient and wait for it. do not panic… yeah, I do know that sometimes that is really hard to do, especially if you’re anxious, but try to… elevating your stress and anxiety levels because of tracking it won’t change the fact whether it will or will not arrive to you. in fact, I think that sometimes no tracking can actually be beneficial. I personally have waited for like approximately one week or even more before I get the shipped email… and after that, I am planning on no less than 3 full weeks at minimum to wait until I get it. there are sometimes when I get it faster than that, but that’s just a pleasant surprise for me.
    If by the end of the fourth my IOP is going to reship, and reship, and reship once again in case that’s going to be necessary to do. I have used to panic very much and to get angry, however now I just do not do that anymore because I realized that it is simply not worth it and nothing’s going to change. You just harm yourself for nothing. So please, just give it some time, you really need it.
    You know… patience it is the name of the game with the entire IOPs thing not that some aren’t shady… there are some which might scam you, it very much depends on who you use, however it still doesn’t matter if you panic and get stressed or not… I personally am such a person that has almost no patience at all, but I had to learn it all… this has been a great learning experience for me personally and I got a lot out of it…

    oh yeah… thanks.. patience, patience and once again patience… I did have got it, I know it… however I just don’t know yet if it has been really sent or not… this is pretty much everything that I want to know… I don’t need that tracking number that much, I only need to know that my package has been sent already. I’ve got plan B and C going, however I just do not know the status so far.. and so I realize I need more and more patience 😀 LOL. I will try my best not to think about it so much and not to stress this much.

    There are sometimes when a vendor is going to forget to send the tracking number because very often the vendors are very busy (and as it happened to you OP, simply because he had other plans he forgot to send the TN) or maybe an error in the one that has been sent. So not everything goes as smoothly as it has been said earlier by someone else. And there are sometimes when mistakes are done. And there are sometimes when people forget and so on and so forth. there are also other times which I have found much more frequently is the carriers inability to update the information on a real time basis.
    I do know what’s like to be stressed because of this and wait it all… it can make a person be crazy and get the stress extremely high… I know it from experience so I tried to change this and that’s why now… me I just take it as it is and to keep my fingers crossed. I wish you all the best of luck and you should try not to stress very much… trust me it is going to arrive to you, no worries. But even if it won’t then you won’t change anything with your stress… Wishing you all the best.

    Hey there once again. Thanks all for all of your support and for keeping up with me all this time. my package has arrived, finally! I thought that it never would to be honest. – 7 days and it’s here. Thanks everyone for everything, I appreciate it all, everything you’ve done means a lot to me!

    I am having absolutely no patience either so I definitely do know what are you talking about… this is definitely true and I know it from experience… however there are just some times when you have to adapt to what is. I personally am able to do that without being patient…
    In case I am having some plans ahead then I do not need to be patient due to the fact that the due date it is several weeks away and I am having no urgent need of it… personally to me, this is how to keep things from going in a way that does not really bother me. in case I am running straight into a problem, even if I do not have an urgent need, I am getting really and really annoyed! In fact, I can tell you that I am annoyed right now either! I am not being inconvenienced or anything, I am just really annoyed! I am not so patient like you are not patient, however the thing is that nobody just cares about this… and therefore we just need to adapt!
    In addition to that, I am also having another problem that it is not being related to this topic, however I am being extremely annoyed and also impatient and inconvenienced and I guess I would have other words here only if I knew them. I just do know that the company that I am dealing with can be frustrating, however the one big plus is that I am saving a lot of money by using their services… am having to put up with all the difficulties when they are arising due to the fact that the payoff is pretty much worth it…
    Once I have had a reship that has been ‘forgotten’. This has happened after one month and a half of waiting for something that is never going to arrive (now I know it, however I didn’t know that then, of course and the waiting was really long and to say the least… really annoying!). but usually I don’t ever have an urgent need or anything due to the fact that I am planning ahead everything and I do it for a long time now when I learned the hard way that I should plan everything in order to avoid issues and other ‘unpredictable’ problems.
    I am being very impatient and I am definitely being very annoyed, however I am having plans ahead for that either… as I said, I try to plan ahead absolutely everything, for everything. I now blame the Universe for everything that does not go my way. and among this list I can say that there’s a lot of things. But that list of mine is really really long and that it completely unfair as well and so I am going to have to add that to the list either… that’s kind of like favoritism I think. You have got you package in a week – that’s majestic to be honest. Getting a package in a week is the best thing that can happen. I personally have been waiting for a month and a half! I am getting forgotten about and there are some technical difficulties and so so bad and so so sad. This is all a part of the game that we are just so privileged to be playing daily, day by day… anyhow, in the end I’m just happy that everything has worked out for you and you got the package.

    – oh yeah, that’s definitely true and that’s one very sure thing!
    And yeah, OwenK, I must tell you that pretty much as you, I am also having absolutely no patience at all! and plus to that I am also getting very and very annoyed when there’s something that is delayed and that’s even if you do not need to get it right away (not mentioning when you do). That’s just super super annoying, at least for me… that’s because I’m like that as a person… anyway…. and yeah, USPS can suck it.
