"Disappointed"

23 days of waiting until delivered to UK.
Support told me that they haven't received my payment even though system confirmed payment received at the time of the order.
Slow response time and seems chaos for a simple order. Few years ago they was ok, but now is weird ... Don't recommend them for UK buyers.
